Google My Business to Feature a New Call History Module
Google My
Business is here with its latest update, wherein it will release a call history
module. The module will keep a tab of the recent calls from searchers.
Businesses will be able to keep a record of the customer calls that arise from
Search results.
The call log
feature seems to be in its developing stage. However, users who wish to get a
deeper understanding of the new feature can learn more about the same from the
help page in Google My Business.
How will the Call Log Feature Appear?
Google will
release a separate 'Calls' tab, which will be part of the Google My Business
App. The call history and the number of missed and answered calls can be
viewed from Google My Business app.
Businesses
will be, however, given the option to either opt-in or out of the call history
feature. The call history will remain intact for 45 days.

the beta version of the call log feature is available to a selected group of
businesses in the US only. "
