We are looking for an experienced digital marketing professional for the role Senior Performance Marketing Executive. The position represents an excellent opportunity for an individual to work in a fast paced entrepreneurial setup with high growth potential. Person will be responsible for Performance Marketing Channels – SEM, Display, Remarketing and Social Media Marketing. Will be responsible for budgeting, planning & implementation of large scale media spends across channels to meet business objectives. Work with agencies and team to get the media plan implemented. Monitor, measure and analyze the performance across channels for increasing the overall paid marketing efficiency. SEM (Search Engine Marketing): • Complete hands on understanding of Google Adwords and its Offline platform (Adwords Editor). • Strong understanding of the Search, Display and Remarketing campaigns. • Implementation, Optimization and monitoring of Paid Search & Display campaigns on daily basis. • Keyword research using various tools (Including third party tools). • Strong understanding of campaign creation for new products/product categories from scratch. • Good understanding of various features and strategies used to do bid optimizations at ad-group/keyword/Placements/Audience targeting level. • Strong understanding of various Display advertising features across GDN (Google display network) through • Google Adwords. • Good understanding of Google Remarketing, Google Merchant center (Product listing Ads) etc. • Strong Analytical Skills with good working knowledge of MS Excel. • Good Understanding of Google Analytics/Omniture. SMM (Social Media Marketing): • Complete hands on understanding of Facebook advertising and its Offline platform (Power Editor). • Strong understanding of the Interests & behavioral targeting, Custom audience, Remarketing and various pricing and reach models on FB. • Implementation, Optimization and monitoring of Social media campaigns on daily basis. • A/B testing across ad copies, bids, type of ads etc. • Strong understanding of campaign creation for new products/product categories from scratch. • Good understanding of various features and strategies used to do bid optimizations at • Behavior/Interests/Audience targeting level. • Strong Analytical and number crunching skills with good working knowledge of MS Excel. • Good understanding of Google Analytics. • Knowledge of other advertising platforms like Linkedin/Twitter etc. • Media planning and buying online. Profile Requirements: • Minimum two years of Hands-on SEM, Display and remarketing & SMM experience. • Organized & Detail-Oriented: Ideal candidate would be required to work on and implement large-scale campaigns and their full-scale optimization on regular basis, well within deadlines. • Excellent quantitative skills: Ability to optimize campaigns for ROI independently, analyzing trends/ROI and other KPI benchmarks. • Knowledge-seeker: Incumbent should have strong knowledge and hands on experience of SEM and Digital • Marketing and should be able to keep himself/herself up to date with new features and opportunities. • Quick learner: Should be able to quickly understand new features/technology and implement the same. • Team player & Ownership: Should be a team-player with strong sense of ownership of the responsibilities assigned. • Strong academic credentials: B.Tech. / B.Sc. / B.A. – Maths/Statistics, Quantitative background required.
