Digital Product Marketing Manager at AmeriLife in Florida, US

This person will lead the development, execution, and measurement of traditional and digital product marketing campaigns for products developed with our strategic partners. As a strategic thinker, the Digital Product Marketing Manager will work with the VP of Product Development to develop the strategic marketing plans, lead the tactical oversight of our product marketing campaigns, and execute campaigns designed to engage and learn from our customers. As a teammate in a diverse team oriented organization, this person will coordinate efforts with the digital marketing team to appropriate leverage resources, applications and the use of search, email, social, display and content across our many digital properties.

Essential Duties Responsibilities:
  • Oversee, develop and execute traditional and digital marketing campaigns with and on behalf of strategic partners
  • Analyze campaign results, and report findings to leadership and key stakeholders within the organization
  • Co-develop, execute and support strategic marketing plans for the product development group and the organization
  • Help develop and establish the voice of our customer through campaigns and customer engagement
  • Develop a campaign calendar and coordinate with other departments for resources and content
  • Execute, manage and update campaigns based on discovery, results and strategic plans
  • Manage email lists and email campaigns from content development and list management, to building the email content into a template, launching campaigns, tracking, measuring and reporting
  • Stay current with the latest B2B and B2C digital marketing and marketing automation practices
  • Ability to utilize analytics tools to measure effectiveness, meet benchmarks and develop new strategies if necessary

  • 3 to 5 years in digital marketing roles
  • Creative, energetic, strategic, proactive, intelligent and team-oriented
  • Solid understanding of digital outreach and engagement strategies
  • Proven experience designing, implementing, and tracking digital marketing campaigns
  • Demonstrate a creative and innovative approach to digital marketing. Please include 2 to 3 examples of how you designed campaigns to address trends you discovered and met marketing goals.
  • HubSpot, Pardot, Mailchimp or equivalent marketing automation experience/certification strongly preferred
  • Basic knowledge of HTML and experience with WordPress helpful
  • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and the Google Analytics platform
  • Demonstrated understanding of a digital marketing development life cycle
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to handle ambiguity, respond to quickly changing business conditions and, prioritize/re-prioritize multiple projects and/or deadlines
  • Self-directed, proactive and able to define and execute projects independently
  • The ability to roll-up sleeves and lead by example at both strategic and tactical levels
  • Enthusiasm and energy to contribute to and thrive in a rapidly growing start-up atmosphere where roles continually adapt as the company evolves
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Creative and critical thinker
  • BA/BS degree, with a concentration in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field; military or work experience may be considered equivalent
