As the Marketing and Communications Manager, you will be tasked with developing and leading the delivery of our Marketing Plan to ensure that it resonates with and is relevant to our chosen customer segments driving client satisfaction and growth. This role is a nice mix of operations with the chance to get involved and lead the marketing strategy. You will be leading a small but buzzing team.
Skills, Behaviours and Experience:
- 7+ years’ experience in marketing with extensive experience or exposure to communications, especially digital
- Appropriate tertiary or professional qualification
- Hands on passion and experience for implementing- from concept to post implementation review, successful marketing and communication responses
- Persuasive and adaptive influencing skills as well as proven high-level communication skills
- People management style allowing a flexible and vibrant working environment, where crew are actively encouraged to be innovative, pro-active, and empowered to make decisions
