What you’ll do
Eat Purely is a Chicago startup looking for a detailed and energetic Marketing Manager who will be responsible for both the strategy and execution of all marketing efforts. You should be a data-driven, determined self-starter who can set things in motion with little to no guidance and drive growth. Your primary responsibilities will include growing our current user base, overseeing marketing communication channels, partnership outreach, and marketing analysis and synthesis. Your ability to communicate succinctly and cut through the noise will be critical in crafting our marketing messages. You will report to and work closely with the CEO.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop, establish, and direct the execution of growth marketing strategies to support company objectives
  • Lead, develop, and grow a small team of marketing professionals
  • Establish emails, web copy, blog posts, and social media posts on a daily basis while maintaining the brand voice consistency across all mediums
  • Reach out to local influencers and partners to spread the word about EP
  • Manage and grow partnership program to cross-sell EP alongside similar local businesses
  • Manage digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels to drive acquisition and generate revenue while monitoring KPIs
  • Interact with customers to understand experience and pain points
  • Monitor, analyze, and synthesize marketing KPIs

Experience:
  • BA/BS and 5+ years in growth marketing, developing expansion strategies, and marketing analytics
  • Experience with digital ad buying and optimization
  • Experience with driving user acquisition through organic means
  • Great problem solving skills and an enthusiasm for learning
  • Extremely organized, responsible, and detail-oriented
  • Experience working in high-growth startup environments
  • Expertise with extracting and analyzing data from PostgresSQL databases or similar
  • Great track record of ownership, analytical horsepower, and delivering results
  • Prior experience managing a small team and executing on strategies is preferred, but not required
  • Prior experience in food/grocery, consumer e-commerce, on demand services, or delivery services
