About The Role:
Reporting to the Head of Consumer Marketing , this role will l ead the development, implementation and optimisation of the Mercer Super consumer marketing strategy and associated program of work for Mercer Super each year - with a strong focus on Customer Lifecycle.
• Develop and deliver an integrated marketing program built on consumer insights to deliver on business objectives, including specific projects, marketing automation, ad-hoc campaigns and BAU marketing and communications activity.
• Take a best practice approach to using analytics and insights to identify opportunities for improvement that drive efficiency and effectiveness in the pursuit of marketing excellence.
• Play a lead role in the development of a comprehensive content strategy for consumer channels, including websites, marketing support and call centre.
• You are a commercially focused customer advocate who thrives on change.
• Having been a People Leader, you understand the importance of leading by example and delivering results with a strong sense of accountability.
• You strike the balance between developing insight-lead, data driven strategy and using your creativity to solve real customer problems.
• 10+ years’ experience working in a services environment with deep consumer marketing knowledge including one to one communication, digital and direct marketing will position you well for this exciting role
