LinkedIn Makes its Platform Helpful for Freelancers through this Latest Feature
LinkedIn is all set to introduce a platform which is said to be helpful for freelancers. It seems to be working on a new "Services" section which will basically enable users to provide the details of services that they can offer. This in turn would help them in connecting with employers or companies which are locking for those services.
This was first spotted by Jane Manchun Wong and she had also posted a screenshot of the same. With this feature, users can visit a particular profile, get an idea about what to expect in terms of services offered, user's capabilities etc.
It is also seen that LinkedIn has been working quite hard since the past few months in order to maximise user data, grow its recruitment tool and also enable users to easily find the right connections.
The freelance market can be seen to be evolving at a rapid pace. It is seen that there has been an increase of 4 million American freelancers over the last 5 years.
These feature will definitely work well once that it is rolled out.
