  • PERFECT TIMING TO SEND THE NEWSLETTER

  • SHORT SUBJECT
    There is nothing like the shorter the better when it comes to the subject line. There are times when a little longer subject line will do no harm to your brand.

  • UNSUBSCRIBE IS BAD NEWS
    Do not always consider unsubscribes as a bad thing. Instead, respect that the customer no longer wishes to receive any newsletters from your brand.

  • CERTAIN WORDS DIRECT YOUR EMAILS TO SPAM
    It is believed that words like free should not be used while writing the subject lines for email. However, if your brand is providing the same there is no harm in mentioning the same.

  • MORE EMAILS, THE MORE YOU ANNOY
    It is good if you start by sending two emails weekly if your new. However, you can than further expand to send 5 to 8 emails per month. The sending of emails should boil down depending on your customers needs.
