YouTube Added a Stories Feature for Popular Content Creators

YouTube has recently added a Stories feature which can only be used by popular creators. It is said to roll out this feature only if you have at least 10,000 subscribers.

It was on Thursday, that YouTube began rolling out a mobile platform feature which basically all the most popular social media platforms have created their own version of.

If you have 10,000 subscribers you will be able to utilize this extra feature which appears to be designed for the purpose of channel promotion and community engagement. The story is said to stay upto seven days during which users can comment, ask questions at the same time give a thumbs up or thumbs down.

For the purpose of creating stories, eligible creators will have the option to "Create Story" by simply tapping on the video camera icon within the mobile application.
