Adobe to add AI Features to its Email Marketing Tool
Adobe is developing an AI tool that will help marketers predict the best time for a marketing email to be sent so that they can increase email open rates. This technology is developed by Adobe Sensei, a division of Adobe that is solely dedicated to developing machine learning tools.
The company has a email marketing tool called Adobe Campaign which is likely to incorporate this technology in the near future. Marketers can feed a start and end date for their campaign and Sensei will predict the time best time for the email to be sent so that the probability of emails being ignored or lost is reduced.
The researchers at Adobe are also working on automatically segmenting email recipients based on their engagement with these emails. Based on this information, marketers can send optimum amount of emails to each recipient segment.
These two technologies are expected to be introduced soon. However, the company has launched a bunch of new features for its Adobe Campaign, email marketing tool. Marketers make use of the new drag and drop interface for email message designer, get multilingual push notifications and utilize the new set of reporting capabilities. They can also send more emails in less time using the speed boost feature in the Campaign tool.
