Google to Bring New AI Powered AR Creator Effects to YouTube Stories

Google is all set to bring AI powered AR creator effects to YouTube stories.

In the month of November, Google had rolled out YouTube stories to all the eligible creators having over 10k subscribers. Google is now seen taking on Facebook, Snapchat and Instagram with its new AR effects which includes animated masks, hats, glasses, and more which creators will be able to add to their videos. For this purpose, Google seems to be using Machine Learning in order to track dynamic surfaces and geometries.

This will also help to improve the accuracy in order to make the effects look a more realistic. Google can also be seen to include similar AR features to Google Maps which was announced last month.
