MakeMyTrip to invest in a Travel Tech Company - Bitla Software

MakeMyTrip is all set to make an investment in one of the Travel Tech company which is named as Bitla Software. The main aim of this investment would be to make adequate utilisation of Bitla's solutions with respect to bus and hotel supplier ecosystem. The funding will be used by Bitla in order to enable the expansion of travel focused technology products. The amount invested however remains undisclosed.

Bitla Software is basically related with SaaS, cloud and mobile based solutions which enables to help the customers to expand their business. Both at domestic as well as international levels the company's technology are widely used. These includes bus operators, online ticketing portals, and logistics companies. This fund raise who basically be utilised for the purpose of development and expansion of travel focused technology products.

The chairman and group CEO of MakeMyTrip claims that this investment is aimed to provide technology products for bus and hotel supplier ecosystem. Fabhotels, GoFro, HolidayIQ, ixigo.com are some of the other companies in which MakeMyTrip has invested earlier.
