ServiceNow Acquired Mobile Analytics Startup Appsee.

ServiceNow has come up with announcement that it is all set to acquire Appsee. Appsee is an intellectual property and key personnel of mobile analytics company. The price for this deal however remains undisclosed. 

ServiceNow is basically interested in using Appsee's functionality and incorporate it in its Platform. This function will enable customers to create customized service applications for their businesses. 

ServiceNow has also launched Now Mobile which is a new tool for performing tasks like ordering a new laptop, searching for the holiday calendar and a mobile on-boarding tool for new employees. It was announced at the Knowledge 19 customer conference in Las Vegas.
