has recently undertaken research in order to understand how different messaging apps are performing and how many have the most active users. It conducted a survey among close to 8500 people spread across nine markets regarding their use of messaging.
As per the survey,it became clear that people prefer instant responses to their messages. The survey also concluded that people try and establish connect with those brands which they are currently using.
It can be therefore seen that messaging has made people more comfortable in interacting with their brands thereby contributing to increased trust.
