now allows Android users to share their location data without being constantly tracked. With this update, users will no longer continually report their whereabouts to the social network at all times.
By enabling the location services settings firstly you will share your location when you are not using the app and secondly you would allow Facebook to store a history of your precise location.
Android users however will be able to still continuously ping Facebook
with their exact position even though there might be zero reasons why anyone would want to.
