Facebook's Onavo App removed from the App Store for Stealing Data
According to sources, Apple has recently removed Onavo from the app storeĀ responsible for gathering app data. The app was deemed as was found to be violating it's App store policies.
Onavo was brought by Facebook in the year 2013. One of its major uses include providing a lot of app usage data to its parent company Facebook. It has been observed that since the month of February 2018 Onavo app has been downloaded by more than 300 million times across both Android and IOS platforms.
The app is no longer found when you search for it in Apple's app store. It is however still found in Google's app store.
