Instagram Cofounders Stepping Down from Facebook

The founders of Instagram have resigned from Facebook. The decision of this resignation came since there were growing tensions with Facebook founder and CEO Mark Zuckerberg relating to Instagram's future and plan to depart in the coming weeks.

It was also seen that the social media company was working in order to regain users' trust in the light of Russian interference in the last U.S presidential election over social media.

Instagram has seen a growth of about 1 billion users and was also becoming one of the fastest-growing products in Facebook's suite of apps.
