Instagram to Launch Direct Messages

Instagram is all set to bring its direct messages feature to the web. It is currently seen testing a web version of its direct messaging functionality. With the feature, users will be able to send direct messages to one another without the use of mobile app.

Several screenshot regarding this functionality were seen posted. This feature will allow users to do many things which the app allows them like uploading photos and sending direct messages to other users.

Instagram standalone messaging app which is called as Direct is seen to be tested across six different countries and is seen to operate in the same way as Snapchat.
