A few weeks back it was revealed that Google will no longer offer the support of its services to Huawei devices. However, Android once again seems to be working towards bringing Huawei back to itself. 
Google seems to have appealed to the US administration to reconsider their decision to work with Huawei company. A final verdict on this issue is however awaited.
Huawei seems to have resumed it's business dealings with Microsoft and Windows. The decision still awaits and there is no confirmation as to how long it will take. 
As of now Google Mobile Services are still blocked and HMU (Huawei Mobile Services) are yet prevalent.
