Google's rolled out its Link Spam Algorithm Update

Google has rolled out its link spam algorithm on July 26. The update will make the algorithms more effective at identifying and nullifying link spam. From today the update is said to roll out. However, the update will take around two weeks to roll out broadly in multiple languages.

With the announcement, Google wants site owners to pay attention to the advice regarding how to handle links within the content. The platform also highlights to site owners how to qualify links while linking out to other sites.

Moreover, tags must be present with links where there seems to be a value exchange between two domains.
