Google in talks to Acquire Fitbit

Google owner Alphabet seems to be in talks for buying Fitbit. Google wishes to acquire Fitbit which is a wearable device maker. Google's aim behind this move is to establish itself in the line of wearable devices.

However, no official price seems to have been set for this deal. Google seems to have established a deal with Fossil too earlier and now seems to drive its attention towards acquiring Fitbit.
