Google is putting More Privacy Controls Directly in Search

Google is putting excess privacy controls directly in its search now. Recently Google seems to have faced a lot of criticism regarding how it manages its data. This new tool is basically aimed to make it easier for you to understand how Google collects data. Google will now start showcasing privacy mechanisms directly within search. This will enable you to review and delete your activity log without navigating to another screen.

The new feature is known as Your Data. The reason behind introducing this is to make people understand what a data service collects as well as what controls are available.

This feature will also be available sometime next year for Google Maps.
