Twitter has revealed a new Hide Tweet Feature

Twitter has come up with a new ‘Hide Tweet’ feature which let users hide replies to their tweets. The aim of this update is to ‘empower’ users in order to rid their feeds of online trolls.

This feature will basically enable users to hide replies to their tweets from other users. Users can check their hidden comments however it would not automatically be shown.

The new feature could amount to censorship as it is suggested by some Twitter users.
