Google Confirmed Store visits, And Store Sales Which Reported Incorrect Data From 4/28 On.
Google seems to have admitted that store visits and store sales data have been impacted by a bug that hit Google Ads reporting more than a week ago. Google stated that store visits and store sales reporting seems to be inaccurate as of 12:01 PDT on the 28th of April.
It is also confirmed by Google that the bug had only affected reporting and not automated bidding. Google also posted a notice in the web on the UI on the 2nd of May and had published the blog post with further details alerting advertisers regarding the fact that a bug caused Google Ads reporting for the 30th of April and 1st of May to be incorrect.
There seems to be no mention that the store visits and store sales data was incorrect going back to the 28th of April and that it is still incorrect until Wednesday evening.
On the 8th of May, the alert in the Google Ads web UI that the May 1st reporting is not correct seemed to no longer show.
