LinkedIn recently published its 2021 B2B Thought Leadership Impact Study created in conjunction with Edelman. The study highlights key challenges and issues related to the modern content landscape.
It includes responses from 3593 global business executives covering a wide range of industries and company sizes. The study revealed that:
- 54% of decision-makers spent more than an hour per week reading and reviewing thought leadership.
- About 71% of people stated that the thought leadership they consumed gives them valuable insights.
- About 63% of buyers say that thought leadership is crucial in proving that an organization can solve specific business challenges.
- 55% of buyers think that thought leadership does not pique interest within the first minute.
