WhatsApp to soon end Support for Older Apple Devices

Whatsapp is likely to soon end its support for Apple devices running on iOS 7 or older platforms. This is not going to affect users who already have Whatsapp installed and the same will continue to function till the year 2020. On devices which have iOS 8 installed, the new version of Whatsapp will work.

It is also claimed that Whatsapp might soon stop working for older versions. All the users of iPhone 4s, 5, 5c and 5s are likely to be affected with the same.

In order to continue to enjoy Whatsapp, users will be required to upgrade to the newer version that runs on iOS 8 or higher. On Android devices also Whatsapp will not be seen working on version older than 2.3.3. Devices with version 2.3.7 will conitnue to see Whatsapp working till February 1, 2020.
