Google finally bid goodbye to the Google Play Music Store. Owing to this shutdown, YouTube will now feature a host of new features.

Google has added a ton of new features to YouTube Music. A range of new features added includes uploading songs from the computer to YouTube Music library, a progress bar, playback interface with song information, and many other useful features.

Google stated that users who wish to continue listening to the Google Play Music Playlist could transfer the playlist to YouTube music. 

YouTube music is also loaded with millions of songs and includes a lot of personalized recommendations.

Google has given users time till the end of the year to get ready to bid goodbye to Google Play Music.
