How to find if you were a Victim of Facebook Big Data Breach

Facebook has been recently hit with data breach. It is estimated that about 29 million people have been affected due to the data breach which occurred on the 18th of September.

Facebook has provided a link through which users can find out whether if they were affected in the recent attack. The following are the steps through which you can find out whether your account was attacked or not :

1. Click on the link - https://www.facebook.com/help/security
2. After this scroll down to the bottom until you find a pale blue patch.
3. In that box you will find a message which states whether your account has been impacted or not.

The attack was confirmed by Facebook and it also stated that it would take around 2 days to fix the issue. Though Facebook was able to fix the issue it had also asked it's 90 million users to log back into their account as a precautionary method.
