LinkedIn now Shows you Job Insights that may Pay a Higher Salary

LinkedIn seems to have come up with a new update. It will now show you job insights which might enable you to unlock a higher salary. With this feature users can get to see more personalized insights regarding jobs which can help them to make more money.

People usually shift from one job to another considering the salary aspect. Companies nowadays seem to show greater pay transparency which in turn has enabled to close the gap and also attract talent.

LinkedIn last year had rolled out the Salary Insights on all job listings. With this feature, users will immediately come to know regarding a job position which offers a better pay package than their current job.

LinkedIn Salary tool will now be available in 7 more countries apart from US, UK and Canada. The other countries include India, Germany, Ireland, Australia, France, The Netherlands, Spain and Mexico.
