One of the main aim of this acquisition is to boost its online marketing business via social media distribution and data analytics.
Adaptly was founded in the year 2010 and is based in New York. It is basically related to the distribution of content across social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, Twitter and Pinterest.
Adaptly is said to be the latest addition to the Accenture Interactive Programmatic services which is a platform based on multi-channel advertising. The closure for the deal is yet subject to regulatory approval.
